Grand Imperial Business Center

The Grand Imperial Business center is made up of a co-working space, a group meeting space, and private offices. All guests staying ​at the Grand Imperial Hotel can use these spaces at no charge and should check the calendar for availability. SJDA Memberships allow members to utilize the spaces as needed based on their membership level.

Co-working Space:

The Lone Spur Coffee shop street level in the Grand Imperial Hotel is a drop in space for those wanting to work while experiencing a coffee shop feel. There is high speed internet and no cost if you purchase their offerings for food and beverage. The entrance is off Greene Street at: 1219 Greene St, Grand Imperial Hotel, Silverton, CO 81433

Business Meeting Space:

The main meeting space in the Business Center located downstairs of the Grand Imperial Hotel in the San Juan Development offices. It has an external stairwell entrance on the south end of the building on the corner of 12th & Greene St. The meeting space can hold up to 20 people and is a good group space for up to 15 people. There are smart tv’s, projector and screen, 2 bathrooms, and a kitchenette. Reliable high-speed internet is available.

Office Space:
here is a small self-contained office space that can be booked for daily, weekly, or monthly use based on availability. Email bkremer@sanjuandevelopment.com or call 970-888-7440 to schedule meeting or office space usage. You can also check our calendar for availability.

Supplies:
SJDA supplies a printer and paper and ink for use with an honesty system. Please place money in a jar by the printer. 0.20cents per copy.
